Dyes used: Reactive Dyes (Procion)
All prints have been steamed and washed to fix the dyes permanently. If you need to wash the prints, please follow these instructions carefully and at your own risk.
For Hand printed items you can follow these instructions:
- Hand wash in cold water with mild soap
- Air dry the fabric
- Press with iron with printed side facing down (you can also place a tea towel between the print and the iron)
For digitally printed items you can also follow the previous steps or you wash them in a washing machine using the Delicate wash only. Please do not use a dryer.
Usually, there is a residue of excess dye left in the item, which can cause staining on other items.
It is recommended that prints are not exposed to direct sunlight in the long term to avoid a change of colour.
